وی ادامه داد: راه آهن محور بندرعباس به بافق بطول 620كیلومتر است كه 430كیلومتر آن قبلا دوخطه شده بود وتنها از ایستگاه ترزج تا بندرعباس باقیمانده بود كه این هم 15تیرماه همزمان با میلاد باسعادت حضرت قائم (عج) تردد برروی آن صورت می گیرد.

بنا به اظهار استاندار هرمزگان ،با بهره برداری از خط دوم راه آهن بندرعباس به ترزج ظرفیت حمل بار از 16میلیون تن در سال به دوبرابر افزایش می یابد و در رام قطارهای مسافری هم افزایش های چشمگیری خواهیم داشت.
